Capabilities
Built for the parts of Android that break scripts
Keyboards, permission dialogs and the photo picker are handled by an agent that reads the screen, not by resource IDs.
Upload an APK
Add an .apk from the dashboard, the CLI or the API. Operio reads the app ID and version, processes the build in the background and shows each stage.
Fields hold what you wrote
When a step types into a field, Operio replaces whatever was there, so the field ends up with exactly the text you specified.
The photo picker
Attach images or videos to a step and Operio puts them on the emulator before the test starts, so the agent can pick them from the Photos tab of the Android picker.
Real gestures
Taps, swipes, scrolling, typing and permission dialogs, driven by what is on screen rather than by resource IDs.
Logins and one-time codes
Use the same encrypted test accounts as web, including phone sign-in with a fixed one-time code.
Schedules on your latest build
Scheduled runs install the latest ready Android build, so nightly regression follows your releases without any setup.
How it works
From build to verdict in three steps
- 01
Upload your build
Drop in an Android .apk. Operio prepares it and tells you when it's ready to run.
- 02
Describe the journey
Write the flow in plain English: sign in, add an item, pick a photo, check out. No Espresso, no resource IDs.
- 03
Watch it run and review
Follow along in the live device view, then review the steps, video and screenshots. Schedule it to run on every new build.
